Pax has high standards when it comes to quality. We think you do too. That’s why we give you a five-year warranty on all our towel warmers. The warranty entitles you to report faults and defects for up to five years from the date of purchase.

The terms of the warranty require that the product is installed and mounted according to the instructions provided, and that the way it is used does not violate our maintenance instructions.

The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from improper handling, installation or cases of indirect damage. Repairs performed without our permission during the warranty period are not covered by the warranty.

We believe in our high quality. In partnership with our suppliers, we carry out strict quality control checks and rigorous testing at our factory. After this, we quality-check our components in our own quality department before we decide whether they live up to the high Pax standard.
