Sellers responsibility

The seller is liable for defects in the product that occur within 5 years from the delivery of the product unless otherwise stated in the warranty conditions provided. The warranty covers only the product, the so-called product warranty. The Seller is not responsible for things that are due to incorrect installation or installation, inadequate maintenance, incorrect care, neglect, abnormal use or anything that can be attributed to the buyer (see instructions for use). The seller's liability also does not include normal wear or deterioration. The buyer is obliged to follow up and document agreed maintenance and care measures.

For errors in the product that appear after the specified times, the seller is only liable if the error is material and is shown to have its basis in negligence on the seller's side. For specified liability, the statutory general limitation period applies from the day the goods are delivered. The advertised item must be kept available for the seller's inquiry. If the buyer complains and there does not appear to be a fault for which the seller is responsible, and if the buyer should have realized this, the seller is entitled to reasonable compensation for costs incurred. The seller shall, without unreasonable delay after the complaint, at no cost to the buyer, remedy the error by means of a replacement product. The Seller has no responsibility for any fault or damage beyond what is stated in the above points. This applies to any loss the error or damage can cause such as loss of production, loss of profit and other financial consequential loss.
